Kim (and Keith) started back in 2005 just doing trips for friends - once or twice a year - it steadily grew from there - we now have over 7,500 members of our group and do several trips a week. join our fb group KIM'S THEATRE TRIPS & EXCURSIONS

We buy group tickets months in advance at much reduced prices and organise a coach for you to travel there and back. these tickets are sold on a non refundable basis - I will always try and help you to re sell if you are no longer able to make a show date

Sorry but we are unable to do this. We book the coach according to the number of tickets sold. The coach price is the same whether we fill the seats or not.

The pick up times will be advertised when booking your ticket. I send out a text a week before we go and also on the day confirming pick up times and places. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO LEAVING TIME we cannot be held responsible for late arrival at the pick up points. Pick up is from two places first is in Stevenage - you can Park in Budgens Car Park - Whitehorse Lane, Great Ashby SG1 6NH. Once you have parked walk out to the roundabout - turn right and in between Mendip Way and Blackhorse Lane is the coach pick up. Next pick up is Hatfield Tesco - the coach picks up at the bus stop as you drive in - coming from Hertford direction. You would need to park over by Next where there are no parking restrictions. we can also pick up in Borehamwood - by Morrisons supermarket

I Can reserve seats if someone has mobility issues or get travel sick. Please just text and ask. also we can stow lightweight wheelchairs as long as they can be folded away.

We normally arrive back at Great Ashby -traffic dependant - roughly 23.45.

Yes we have toilets on most coaches

We have built up a fantastic relationship with our coach company over the years and although eating is generally not permitted - we have been allowed to do so. Please be respectful to other coach goers and try not to have hot food that smells too much - and if you are going to drink alcohol - please not too much!! Also can you take all your rubbish home - if you do not have a rubbish bag - ask for one as you get off and I can bag it up for you.

No refunds are given once the booking has been made - I can however try and help you sell your ticket on if need be. you will be refunded the cost of the ticket the web site fees will not be refunded

Our tickets are all group rate tickets which are discounted due to a large group booking, if we cannot each the minimum number of tickets to get the group rate then ufortunately we will be unable to honour the booking.

You can leave your property on the coach when you are seeing the show but we cannot be held responsible for any personal property.

I try to get everyone seated in the same party together sometimes this just isn't possible. I ask that you all sit in your same seats on the coach for the return journey as it makes it so much easier. We can then get away as quickly as we can.

Our tickets are all group rate tickets which are discounted due to a large group booking, if we cannot reach the minimum number of tickets required to get the group rate then unfortunately we will be unable to honour the booking. all tickets are subject to availability all tickets are non refundable if a performance is cancelled then an alternative date will be arranged and or a credit note will be issued tickets are not to be resold for more than the price paid booking fees include (but are not limited to) admin, card processng fees, website costs, VAT. Kims Theatre Trips and excursions are only liable for the cost of the tickets and are not responsible for any out of pocket expenses. If we refund its only the cost of the ticket and not the web site fees Coach travel is incuded and we will not be able to offer refunds if the journey takes longer than is planned due to traffic etc. Every effort will be made to seat all groups together, however for larger groups we may have to split accross two rows.
