The pick up times will be advertised when booking your ticket.
I send out a text a week before we go and also on the day confirming pick up times and places.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO LEAVING TIME
we cannot be held responsible for late arrival at the pick up points.
Pick up is from two places
first is in Stevenage - you can Park in Budgens Car Park - Whitehorse Lane, Great Ashby SG1 6NH. Once you have parked walk out to the roundabout - turn right and in between Mendip Way and Blackhorse Lane is the coach pick up.
Next pick up is Hatfield Tesco - the coach picks up at the bus stop as you drive in - coming from Hertford direction.
You would need to park over by Next where there are no parking restrictions.
we can also pick up in Borehamwood - by Morrisons supermarket
We have built up a fantastic relationship with our coach company over the years and although eating is generally not permitted - we have been allowed to do so. Please be respectful to other coach goers and try not to have hot food that smells too much - and if you are going to drink alcohol - please not too much!!
Also can you take all your rubbish home - if you do not have a rubbish bag - ask for one as you get off and I can bag it up for you.
Our tickets are all group rate tickets which are discounted due to a large group booking, if we cannot reach the minimum number of tickets required to get the group rate then unfortunately we will be unable to honour the booking.

all tickets are non refundable
if a performance is cancelled then an alternative date will be arranged and or a credit note will be issued
tickets are not to be resold for more than the price paid
booking fees include (but are not limited to) admin, card processng fees, website costs, VAT. Kims Theatre Trips and excursions are only liable for the cost of the tickets and are not responsible for any out of pocket expenses. If we refund its only the cost of the ticket and not the web site fees
Coach travel is incuded and we will not be able to offer refunds if the journey takes longer than is planned due to traffic etc.
Every effort will be made to seat all groups together, however for larger groups we may have to split accross two rows.
